We met Bob when we purchased our place on the island. Bob was therefore responsible for a great deal of joy for our family but he was more. On our first day of ownership we had a problem and no idea who to call other than Bob. He came right down and got us through the issue. A gentleman and a friend always. I will miss seeing him as we get on to the island.

I purchased my season home through Bob and he was thoughtful and professional, guiding me through what I thought might be a very complicated process that he made simple. Over the years, I sought his advice on a number of local matters and he always offered his kind assistance.
My sincere condolences to his family. The island has lost a good friend.
