In Celebration of Pauline's Life
Obituary of Pauline M. Carter
CARTER PAULINE M. – At the Charlotte County Hospital on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022; Pauline Margaret (Baird) Carter, wife of the late Dr. Wilfred Carter, of St. Andrews, NB. Born in Gaspe, QC she is the daughter of the late Harold & Grace (Roberts) Baird.
Pauline was a very special lady. She was loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She had a kind, gentle nature and was very soft-spoken. Mum was never happier than when she was with Dad, or working in her flower gardens.
Her gardens were absolutely gorgeous!
Mum had a kind word for everyone she met….in fact, that was her Mantra. “Be Kind To Each Other.”
Our friends loved “Mrs. Carter’s cookies,” and the jar was always full of wonderful, homemade cookies!
Pauline was active in her community until her health began to fail. She was happy being at home, raising her two children and living life in Saint Andrews by the sea.
She has grieved for Wilfred, and is now at peace with him in Heaven. God has them both in His loving arms.
Pauline leaves behind her two children, Brent of Chamcook, NB and Susie, son-in-law Bruce, of Bayside, NB as well as friends and relatives. She was loved dearly, and her presence here on Earth will be deeply missed.
Rest In Peace, Mum xoxo
Pauline was predeceased by one sister Dorothy Lenox, brother Stanford Baird
