Obituary of Esther Lord

LORD, Esther Irene … The death of Esther Irene Lord, wife of the late Ralph M. Lord, occurred on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at the Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews, NB. Born on November 18, 1924 in Ellerslie, PEI she was a daughter of the late Leslie & Edna (Bertwell) Morrison. Esther had worked as a Laboratory Technician at the Fisheries Research Board, St. Andrews, NB. She is survived by her niece, Juanita (Newcombe) Gill of Kensington, PEI. Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by a sister, Helen (William) Newcombe and a brother, Clifford Morrison. Arrangements are under the care of Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, NB (506) 466-3110 with visiting on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 12:30 until the time of the service at 2:00 pm at Wesley United Church, St. Andrews, NB. Interment will be in St. Andrews Rural Cemetery.
