CLARKE … LAMB , MARILYN J - On April 19, 2011, at Los Angeles, California, following a devastating stroke, the death of Marilyn Jane Clarke … Lamb of Calgary, Alberta, age 57, She was born in St Stephen, NB and formerly of Rollingdam, NB. She was the daughter of Evelyn Clarke (nee MacLeod) of St. Andrews, formerly of Second Falls, NB. Marilyn was an avid outdoors person with a great love of camping and horseback riding, her dog Shrek and volunteering with her church. She is survived by her husband Frank Lamb, and son, Craig, both of Calgary, Alberta, stepdaughter Laura of Ottawa, Ont,, her mother Evelyn MacLeod Clarke of St. Andrews, NB, three brothers Robert(Margaret) of Burnt Church, NB, Donald (Dianne) Clarke of Mississauga, Ont, and Eugene (Claudette) Clarke of Sudbury, Ont, three sisters, Joyce Stafford (Dave) of Fredericton, NB, Susan Price (Terry) of St. Andrews, NB and Marion Clarke (Ray Hampton) of Vernon, BC, several aunts and uncles and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Archie Clarke and an infant sister Nancy. Friends are welcomed to attend a memorial service on Friday, May 20th, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Rollingdam Baptist Church. Rev. Norman Brown officiating, The interment will follow in the United Cemetery in the family plot. Donations to the MS Society or charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
