Obituary of Fred Henderson

HENDERSON FRED - at the Campobello Lodge on Saturday, December 4th, 2010; George Frederick “Fred” Henderson husband of 66 years to Edith(Lank) Henderson. Born in Campobello on March 30th, 1923; he is the son of the late Fred C. and Mary L.(Cline) Henderson. A resident of Campobell all his life he worked many years fishing the waters off Campobello often with his wife Edith and members of his family working along his side. He was a member of Wilson’s Beach Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife Edith are his son Allan (Irene) of St Stephen , granddaughter Nicole Marie Henderson,2 great grandchildren,Matthew and Caitlyn,cousins,nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Stanley. By Fred’s request there will be no visitation at the funeral home however friends are welcomed to attend a graveside service at Wilson’s Beach Cemetery Head Harbour Road on Wednesday afternoon December 8th, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Rev Robert Weaver officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to the Wilson’s Beach Baptist Church or charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
