McCRAY LILLIAN M. – At the Charlotte County Hospital on Monday, November,1st,2010; Lillian Mary(Greenier)McCray,wife of the late Oswald Leonard McCray of Upper Mills,NB. Born in Grand Falls,NB she is the daughter of the late Joseph & Prudence(O’Hagan)Greenier. In her childhood years she moved to and was raised in Upper Mills. She married her husband Oswald and was employed at the Cotton Mill. Together they moved to the US with four children in tow. While raising those four while having two more added to the family she worked with the US Postal Service. The children were still very small when they returned back to Upper Mills in the 70’s and continued to raise her children and grandchildren and still able to work at the Tuna Plant and Ganongs. Lillian is survived by her children Sandra Maynard(Gary)of Norwich,Conn,USA,Penny McCray, Dale,Steven(Lois)all of Upper Mills,NB,Kenneth(Cathy)of Oak Hill,NB,four sisters, Martha Russell of Oak Hill, Dot Finney and Jane Greenier both of Old Ridge,NB and Betty Curran of Upper Mills,NB,11 grandchildren,Allyssa,Jaxon,Matthew,Michael,Jamie,Michael,Brad,Katie,Kirk,Troy and Candy,10 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Lillian was predeceased by her son Robert and grandson Lenny, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Resting at Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St Stephen (506 – 466 – 3110) from where the visitation will be held on Thursday evening only from 7 – 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at graveside at Upper Mills Cemetery on Friday, November 5th, 2010 at 3:00 pm. Rev. Bob Johnson officiating.
