BARTLETT, ANDREW J. … Unexpectedly in Fredericton, NB on Sunday, October 24th,2010; Andrew Jason Bartlett, son of Peter and Cindy (Gass) Bartlett of Saint Andrews,NB.Born in Saint John on March 8,1989. Andrew was enrolled in his final year of a Bachelor of Arts Program at St.Thomas University,Fredericton,NB; majoring in English. He intended to further his studies by pursuing his Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education. Andrew was a graduate of Sir James Dunn Academy, Saint Andrews in 2007. He had a great love for all sports and was on the Saint Andrews Algonquin Midget A Provincial Champions Hockey Team in 2005 … 2006. He was also involved with the High School soccer team which won the provincial title in 2005 and he had just recently joined the St. Thomas University Varsity Volleyball Team. He is survived by his parents Peter and Cindy(Gass)Bartlett of Saint Andrews,NB, brother Adam of Saint Andrews,currently enrolled in Dalhousie University,Halifax,NS,maternal grandparents Paul & Hazel(Nickerson)Gass of McAdam, NB, great grandmother Hilda Nickerson of Fredericton,NB,aunt Shelley(Gilles)Porelle and their children Ryan and Julie; aunt Brenda(Kim)Moffit their children, Michael and Brandon; uncle David(Heather)Bartlett, their children, Cameron and Charlotte; uncle Bruce and Jean Cunningham and their daughter Emily,special friends CarolAnn Bartlett, Roland Baker, Christopher and Michael,Wilfred Crawford and Patricia Bartlett. Andrew was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Herman and Beulah(Bateman) Bartlett. The funeral service in celebration of Andrew’s life will be held on Thursday,October,28th,2010 at All Saints Anglican Church,King Street,Saint Andrews,NB at 3:30 pm. The interment will follow in Saint Andrews Rural Cemetery followed by a reception in the church hall. The family will receive friends at the church for a time of visitation on Wednesday from 2 … 4 and 7 … 9 pm.
