Obituary of Helen E. Haughn

HAUGHN, HELEN E. - At the Charlotte County Hospital on Monday, June 1st, 2009; Helen Elizabeth ( Cunningham) Haughn wife of the late Ronald Bernard Haughn of St. Andrews, NB. Born in Bocabec, NB she was the daughter of the late John Bell Cunningham & Minnie Amelia (Groom) Cunningham. Helen was an active member of All Saints Anglican Church in St. Andrews, serving in such groups as their choir, the sewing and quilting league and the ACW. She was a member of the New Brunswick Senior Citizens Federation (NBSCF). She had a great love for painting and crosswords. Helen is survived by her two sons Ronald Calvert (Norma) of Chamcook, NB, Daryl Eugene (Sharon) of Bocabec, 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and very special nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by 4 brothers Durrell, Marvin, Blair and Glen, 7 sisters Retha, Marietta, Freda, Sadie, Lottie, Sophia and Margaret. Resting at All Saints Anglican Church, 77 King Street, St. Andrews, NB from where the visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the church on Wednesday June 3rd, 2009 at 2:00 pm. The interment will take place in St. Andrews Rural Cemetery followed by a reception in the church hall.
