Allen, A. Pauline (Polly) - Mrs. Pauline Allen was born February 14, 1928, in Saint John, NB. Passed away peacefully on July 28, 2007 in Barrie, Ontario. Polly was the beloved wife of the late Colonel Eric N. Allen. She is survived by her son, E. Brian Allen of Barrie Ont; her daughter in law Nancy; two grandchildren, Chris and Jennifer; nieces and nephews and many good friends . Cremation took place in Barrie, Ont and a memorial service will be held at Humphreys Funeral Home Chapel, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, NB 506 … 466 … 3110 on Saturday, September 15th, 2007 at at 3:30 pm. The interment will be a private family gathering. The service will be officiated by Pastor Phillip Anderson and assistaed by Rev. Garth Williams. If desired, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. The family deeply appreciates the kindness, assistance and loving concern expressed to us during the recent loss of Mrs. Pauline Allen. The love, understanding and support provided by our friends and relatives make words hardly sufficient to express our heartfelt thanks.
