Obituary of Rheta Almeda Mitchell
The death of Rheta Almeda Mitchell of Welshpool, Campobello, New Brunswick occurred at the Charlotte County Hospital on September 12, 2006. Born in Campobello, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late Thomas A. and Alice (Lank) Brown. Predeceased by husband LeRoy Mitchell and two brothers, Chesley and Elwin Brown. She is survived by her husband, Howard Dobbie; daughter, Joanne (David) Savage of Quispamsis; son, Brian (Sheila) Mitchell of Hartland; sisters, Madelyn (Vaughn) Perkins of Baileyville, Maine and Gwendolyn (Clinton) Galley of Saint John; brother, Thomas C. (Nancy) Brown of Campobello; 4 grandsons, 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 2 pm Saturday, September 23, 2006 at the St. Anne’s Anglican Church Cemetery Welshpool, New Brunswick with Rev. Charles Smart officiating. For those who wish, donations to New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation, or to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
