Obituary of Dorothy Violet Mortimer

The death of Dorothy Violet Mortimer formerly of Victoria, BC occurred at her sons residence in Mohannes, New Brunswick on August 21, 2003. Born in Montreal, Quebec she was the daughter of the late Peter and Maud (Moore) LeRoy. Predeceased by a grandson, Shawn, she is survived by her husband, Hugh, the Reverend Canon H.A. Mortimer; sons, Hugh Mortimer Jr. of Prince George, BC, Stephen Mortimer ( Marie) of Mohannes, NB, Peter Mortimer (Maura) of Williams Wood, NS and Andrew Mortimer (Janet) of Almonte, Ont; six grandchildren, Sara, Thomas, Emmaline, Amanda, Kathy and Devon; four great grandchildren Joshua, Harley, Caleb and Austin; several cousins, nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at a later date. For those who wish, donations to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
