Obituary of Thelma B. Lowe
The death of Thelma B. Lowe of St. Stephen, occurred at the Charlotte County Hospital on August 1, 2005. Born in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late William and Edna (Frost) Moffatt. Predeceased by her parents, three sisters and seven brothers; she is survived by her husband, Arthur Lowe; three daughters, Judith (Rod) Wilson of St. Stephen, Sharon (Eugene) Fowler of Charters Settlement and Linda Lowe of St. Stephen; four sisters, Evelyn Perkins, Pearl Russell, Ina Moffatt and Frances Moffatt; six grandchildren, Rodney (Amanda) Wilson, Derek (Tammy) Wilson, Dr. Robert (Dr. Eva Shimaoka) Fowler, Trevor (Dr. Stephanie) Perry, Krista (Kris) Amos and Angela Fowler; four great-grandchildren, Jackson Wilson, Matthew Fowler, Olivia and Avery Amos; several nieces and nephews. The graveside service will be held Monday, August 8, at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Stephen Rural Cemetery, with Rev. Dr. Steven Cho officiating. For those who wish, donations to St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church, or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
