Obituary of Randy G. Buchanan

BUCHANAN RANDY - Unexpectedly at the Charlotte County Hospital, on Thursday, June 11th, 2020; Randall Gordon Buchanan, husband of Elaine ( Maillet) Buchanan of St. Andrews, NB. Born in St. Stephen, NB he is the son of the late Murray & Janet (Johnston) Buchanan. For almost 20 years Randy was employed with the Town of St. Andrews, then went on to work with Leavitt’s Landscaping for the past 10 years. Randy thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors and would get out to fish and hunt as much as possible. His greatest pride and joy was his granddaughter Taylor. Surviving in addition to his wife Elaine of 24 years are his 2 sons Kyle and Matthew, both of St. Andrews, NB, his siblings Norman (Heather of grand Manan, NB, Diane Young of St. Stephen, NB, Nancy Sinkus of Florida, Larry of Saint John, and Kathy Brown (Jim) of St. Stephen, NB, several nieces nephews and cousins. Randy was predeceased by his brother Gary. By Randy`s request there will be no visitation or service at this time. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Andrews and Area Open Door Program or a charity of the donor`s choice would be appreciated by the family.
