Obituary of William F. Patten
It’s with deep sadness and sorrow to announce the passing of William Frederick Patten on March 4, 2021 in his 92nd year. Bill, Dad, Poppa, Pops was born on April 8, 1928 in Toronto, Ontario and was a healthy and active senior, who until recently was driving his car and putting up drywall in his basement. Bill shared a love like no other with his wife Julia Anne. They just celebrated 70 years of marriage this past February.
His love for his family was a priority and he was involved and keenly interested in their lives.
Bill was one of the friendliest guys around and enjoyed stopping to chat with strangers.
Bill is survived by his wife Julia; father to Kim (Bob), Kelly (Doug), Glenn (Julie), Paul (Pam); Poppa/Pops to Marnie, Kyle (Erica), Sarah,
Lauren (Ryan), Emili (Aaron), Alex (Amber), Aidan, Olivia, Owen and great grandfather to Cole and Audrey.
We should all be so blessed and lucky to have lived such a full and wonderful life.
By request of the family there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. On line condolences or donations can be made at www.humphreysfh.com
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care & direction of Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, NB, E3L 2B2
