Obituary of April D. Parks
PARKS APRIL D. – Unexpectedly passed at her residence in Canal, NB on Friday,March, 5th, 2021; April Dawn Parks born in Saint John, NB, beloved daughter of Larry & Bonnie (Cooke) Parks of Andersonville, NB.
She had been a member of Gateway Cathedral Church in St. Stephen for many years.
A loving daughter and mother. Surviving in addition to her parents, are her son Nicholas Cusack of Canal, NB, niece Bailey Coulton, Uncles and Aunts: Richard (Sally) Parks, Robert (Penny) Parks, James (Bonnie) Parks, Brenda (Barry) Logan, Diane Lambert, Ray (Alberta) Cooke, Jackie (Dorothy) Cooke, Nila (Merlin) Craig, Barry Cooke, Trudy Cooke, Gregory (Tammy) Cooke, and several cousins.
April was predeceased by her sister Shawna Coulton. Her paternal grandparents Tilley and Mildred Parks, Maternal grandparents Horace and Lois Cooke. Uncles Michael Parks, Wade Cooke,Sherman Cooke and Chester Lambert.
The family will receive friends at Sea View Full Gospel Church, Back Bay, NB on Wednesday from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Due to the current situation surrounding the pandemic, COVID – 19 screening protocols will be in place at the church. For those feeling anxious or vulnerable or unwell you are encouraged not to attend.
The funeral service in celebration of April’s life will be held on Thursday, March 11th, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Sea View Full Gospel Church, Back Bay, NB. Due to limited seating as instructed by the Dept of Public Health, you will be required to pre – register by calling the funeral home only.

The interment will take place later in the spring in St. George Rural Cemetery.
