McKNIGHT WAYNE - It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Wayne David Arthur McKnight, which occurred unexpectedly after a short illness on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021, at the
Wayne is survived by his devoted wife of 42 years Tanya (Calhoun) McKnight, children Tom (Natalie) McKnight, David McKnight, Warren McKnight, Jason (Stacey) McKnight, Betty (Blaine Tapley), Debbie (Wesley Barry), Joanne (Tom Babcock), Jackie Dempsey, Judy (John Quartermain), sister Jeannette Johnson of Oregon, USA,19 grandkids, 23 great grandkids, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was a member of the NB Trucking Association, a member of the Teamsters Union.
Due to the current situation surrounding the pandemic, there will be no public visitation or service. However, you will be invited to attend the celebration of his life on Saturday January 16th at 4:00 pm which will be live stream broadcasted. Pastor Shureen Mousseau will officiate. Cremation will follow with an interment at St. Stephen Rural Cemetery later in the spring. In lieu of flowers donations to the Childrens Wish Foundation or Charlotte County Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
