Obituary of Loretta Bennett
BENNETT LORETTA M. - At the Charlotte County Hospital on Sunday, September 27th, 2020; Loretta Mae Bennett of St. Stephen, NB. Born in Advocate Harbur, NS, she is the daughter of the late Howard & Laura (Robinson) Bennett.
Loretta’s family was her entire world. Where ever she was she wanted to be with her family.
Loretta is survived by her two daughters Sher Donnelly (Brian) of St. Stephen, NB, Candace Mitchell (Cory) of Lepreau, NB, two sisters Theresa Henwood (Charles) of Eastern Passage, NS, Geneva Bennett – Mazerolle (Raymond) of Quispamsis, NB, two brothers Bill Bennett (Marilyn) and Larry Bennett, all of St. George, NB, four grandchildren, Paige Ann Smith (Andy), Brandon (Nehme), Isabelle Linton and Adrian Donnelly, one great granddaughter Avery Smith, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Loretta was predeceased by an infant sister Rhoda and four brothers Gary Bennett, Wayne Bennett, Gerald Bennett and Robert Bennett.
Friends are welcomed to attend the graveside interment service at St. Stephen Rural Cemetery on Friday October 2nd, 2020 meeting at the cemetery front gate at 12:00 noon. Rev. Dan Jamer will officiate.
Those feeling vulnerable due to the current pandemic situation or unwell should not attend. Those present will be asked to respect others in physical distancing. Masks are encouraged if distancing can not be maintained.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
