CUNNINGHAM MERLE L. SR … Unexpectedly at the Charlotte County Hospital on Thursday, November 29th, 2012, Merle Leonard Cunningham SR.husband of Lorena (Sadler)Cunningham of Scotch Ridge, NB. Born in St.George,NB he is the son of the late Blair & Viola (Leavitt) Cunningham. Surviving in addition to his wife Lorena are his children, Merle Jr(Tammi)of Pomeroy Ridge,NB,Doug of Mayfield,NB, Bruce(Kelly) of Lawrence Station,NB, Kimberley Jones of GrandBay,NB, Lisa Kierstead(Brian)of Saint John,NB, Marti Cunningham of St Stephen,NB, Pamela (Tim) Anderson of DeWolfe, NB, Shawn (Tammy Jo) of Scotch Ridge,NB,16 grandchildren,10 great grandchildren, 2 sisters,Joyce Little of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Janet(James) Harper of Upper Mills,NB, 2 brothers Michael (Joanne) of Milltown, NB and Murray (Joyce) of Upper Mills,NB,several cousins, nieces and nephews. Merle was predeceased by his daughter Paula Louise and a brother Gary Cunningham. By Merle’s request there will no visitation. Cremation will take place, followed by a private family interment at Upper Mills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
