MILLIGAN KENNETH E. - at the Charlotte County Hospital on Saturday, February,25th,2012; Kenneth E. Milligan of Old Ridge, NB. Born in Nova Scotia he is the son of the late Claude Milligan.Ken worked for many years with the FlakeBoard in St Stephen, NB. Ken is survived by 2 daughters Wanda Armstrong(Dick)of Burnt Hill Rd,Melanie Milligan of St Stephen, NB, 2 sons Randy of St Stephen, and Kenny (Darcy) of Little Ridge, step daughter Pam Thibault(Victor)of Little Ridge,NB, step daughter Angie Robar(Doug)of Saint John, NB,his 3 sisters Claudia, Edith & Wanda, his brother Johnny, 9 grandchildren,12 great grandchildren. Ken was predeceased by a daughter Vicky (Milligan) Saint Marie. A service of remembrance will be held Tuesday,February,28th,2012 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St Stephen, NB, E3L 2B2 506 … 466 … 3110. The family will receive friends at the funeral home during a time of visitation on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until service time. The interment will take place at a later date in Pomeroy Ridge Cemetery.
