Obituary of Steven A. White
WHITE STEVEN A. – Unexpectedly at the Charlotte County Hospital on Friday, April 24th, 2020; Steven Allen White, husband of Shelley Maye (Lindsay) White of Oak Haven, NB. Born in St. Stephen, NB, he is the son of Everett White of St Stephen, NB and the late Avis (Greenlaw) White. Steven worked as a scaffolder for most of his life and was a longtime member of the NB Carpenters Union. Those who knew Steven, saw him as a caring, kind person who was willing to give away anything he had to someone in need. Surviving in addition to his wife Shelley of 30 years and his father Everett White; are his 3 brothers Owen (Doreen) of Hampstead, NB, Ben (Nancy) of St. Stephen, NB and Clayton of San Franciso, CA, U.S.A., several nieces, nephews and cousins, his best friends Allen Weeks and Wendy Upham. Steven was predeceased by his mother Avis and his sister Wanda. By Steven’s request, cremation will take place. Due to the unfortunate public health situation with COVID – 19 there will be no service at this time. When all of his family & friends can gather safely to celebrate his life; a time, place and date will be announced. For those who wish to make a donation in Steven’s memory, the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Charlotte County SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
