Obituary of Lorena M. Brown
It is with sadness that the family of Lorena Mae (Porter) Brown, wife of the late Earl Brown announces her passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, April 16th, 2020; Born in St. Stephen, NB and formerly of Campobello, NB she is the daughter of the late Welock and Mildred (Hooper) Porter. Lorena was known by many to be an incredibly hard worker. After unexpectedly losing her husband, she worked tirelessly with great determination and dedication in efforts to provide for her young family of 3 children. Lorena is survived by her children Crystal Brown (Andrew Hachey) of Garnett Settlement, NB, Dawn Parker of Moncton, NB and Daniel Brown (Emily) of Perth Andover, NB, grandchildren Ethan and Mya Hachey and Kaden Brown. Her sister’s Millie Rowlands Howe( Lew), Cindy LaBrake (Stan) and Tammy Mallock, brother’s Frank and Johnny (Cheri) Porter, and a special uncle Robert (Joan) Hooper, several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Earl, father Welock and mother Mildred There will be no service at this time. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date with time & date to be announced. She will be laid to rest beside her husband Earl at Wilsons Beach Community Cemetery, Campobello, NB. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
