Obituary of Elizabeth Grant

GRANT ELIZABETH - At the Charlotte County Hospital on Monday, March 23rd, 2020; Mary Elizabeth (MacKnight) Grant, wife of the late Horace “Brud” Grant of St. Stephen, NB. Born in St. Stephen she is the daughter of the late Thomas Earle & Ethel (Weatherby) MacKnight. For many years Elizabeth worked as a customer Service representative for BMO. She also worked at the Currency Exchange. Elizabeth is survived by 2 sisters Jeannette Johnson of Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. and Annie Louise Leblanc of St. Stephen, NB, and 1 brother Wayne MacKnight (Tanya) of Oak Bay, NB, several nieces, nephews and cousins. By Elizabeth’s request there will be no visitation. Cremation will take place. A memorial graveside service will happen at a later date at Old Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of the donors’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
