To his parents. My heart as a parent is breaking. For you and for his children I cannot begin to imagine the pain you are going through. I have been privileged to know Billy and to see his inner person. Such a giving person. He made a great impact on many people. Our sorrow means he’s no longer in pain. Remember the good memories. I’ll never forget the day we moved and all he did for us. He was a Godsend to me. And I can’t wait to see him in his full release of any pain or sorrow. Love, hugs and prayer

Thinking of Billy’s family during this time. It has been over 20 years since I have seen Billy, although we did catch up 10 years ago. I knew he was struggling but he seemed in a good place at that time.

I cannot express how saddened I was to learn of Billy's passing. I watched him grow up, and knew just how intelligent, friendly, and nice that he was. He had so much potential. Very hard to see a young person, such as he, fall victim to addiction....and for all the love, and support, given to him, by his loved ones, not be able to help him win that battle. Billy will always be remembered, and he lives on through each of his children. I am thinking of, and praying for, all of you, at this most difficult time.
