Obituary of John C. Boone
BOONE, John Charles - Passed away peacefully at Passamaquoddy Lodge in St. Andrews, NB on Friday, March 18th, 2022. He was predeceased by his loving wife (Carol) and brother Donald.
Born in Arvida, Quebec; John is the son of the late Gardner & Geraldine (Simms) Boone. In addition to being a teacher for 40 years, he was actively involved with the church, Spindrifters, and community as a whole.
John is survived by his son Kenneth (Dima), grandson Zayne, and granddaughter Lia in Montreal, his daughter Allison (Darryl) and granddaughter Ella in Temiscaming, Quebec, niece (Eleanor Marshall), nephew (James Boone) and cousins. A memorial service in celebration of John’s life will be held on Tuesday, March 29th at 2:00 pm at All Saints Anglican Church in St Andrews, NB. He will be laid to rest at a later date with his wife Carol at St. Andrews Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
