FITZGERALD GARTH Z. … At the Charlotte County Hospital on Friday, July 24th, 2015; Garth Fitzgerald, husband of Mary (Matthews) Fitzgerald of Wilsons’ Beach, NB. Born in Campobello, he was the son of the late Osborne & Doris (Matthews) Fitzgerald. To all who knew Garth; knew of his longtime passion for the sea. He was a fisherman for many many years. Garth was also a longtime dedicated member of the F & A.M. Surviving in addition to his wife Mary of over 60 years are his daughter Valerie Fitzgerald, son Mark, both of Campobello, grandchildren, Tara (Tim) Tabutt of Columbia, ME, Daphne (Jonathan) Savage of Lubec, ME, Alisha (Dustin) Mundy of Stedman, NC, great grandchildren, Dayna, Robert & Holly, many nieces and nephews. Garth was predeceased by daughter Mary Katherine, brother James, sister Alice Turnbull. By Garths’ request there will be no visitation, however friends are welcomed to attend a graveside service on Thursday, July 30th, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Wilsons Beach Community Cemetery, Head Harbour Road. Pastor Randy Harris will officiate. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
