Obituary of Oril Elizabeth Greenier
GREENIER ORIL E. – At the Campobello Lodge on Saturday, June 20th, 2015; Oril Elizabeth (Tinker) Greenier; wife of the late Adam Greenier. Born in Campobello, she was the daughter of the late Alonzo & Violet (Williams) Tinker. For many years Oril worked in the sardine factory. She was a longtime member of St Timothys Church in Campobello, NB. Over the years Oril had a great love for the sound of the violin and even endeavoured to learn how to play the instrument. Oril is survived by her sons Peter of St Stephen, NB, Danny (Cindy) of Welshpool, NB daughters, Elizabeth Butler of Campobello, NB, Opal Newman (Hubert) of Kanata, ON, 2 sisters Eugenia Stevens of St. Andrews, NB, and Christina Mitchell (James) of Campobello, grandchildren Victoria Matthews, Adam Butler, Alfred Fishwick, Ira Fishwick, (Jessica) Kenny Greenier, Peter Greenier, Mark Greenier, Eric Greenier, Erica Newman, Natasha Newman, Daniel Greenier, (Genesis), Davern Greenier, Patricia Greenier, Crista Greeneir – Hatt (Troy), Daine Greenier and Tayla Greenier, many great grandchildren. Oril was predeceased by her son Adam, and daughter Loretta Fishwick, 3 brothers Sherman, Ainsley & Odell. Resting at St. Timothy’s Church Welshpool, NB from the family will receive friends during a time of visitation on Monday, June 22nd, from 7 – 9 pm only. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date. Donations to a charity of the donors’ choice would be appreciated by the family.
