Obituary of Myra A. Malloch
MALLOCH, MYRA A. … At the Charlotte County Hospital, on Wednesday, December 24th, 2014; with family by her side; Myra Ada (Porter) Malloch, wife of the late Ralph W. Malloch, of Campobello, NB. Born in Campobello, she was the daughter of the late Nellie (Brown) and John Porter. Myra will be remembered for her loving devotion to her family, her strong faith and her wonderful sense of humour. Her love of music and ability to play many instruments was often a source of entertainment for family & friends. Myra is survived by her 2 daughters Catherine MacNiell (Norman Hudson) of Saint John, Norma Calder (Mark) of Campobello,1 son Leonard Malloch (Debi)of So. Weymouth, Massachusetts, 5 grandchildren; Thomas Nelson (Samantha Wallace), Veronica Seeley (Conrad) Evan Calder(Sarah),Matthew Malloch and Alison MacNeill(Melissa Wilson) great grandchildren, Adam & Declan Seeley, Sevannah & Marissa Calder, Marley & Levi Middleton, one sister Leona Matthews, many nieces and nephews. Myra was predeceased by her husband Ralph, one brother Lee, four sisters,Margaret Cline, Angelina Newman, Claudia Matthews and Grace Newman. A private family service was held at graveside at Wilson’s Beach Community Cemetery, Head Harbour Road. In lieu of flowers donations to the Head Harbour Cemetery or to the Residents Council Fund of the Campobello Lodge or charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
