Obituary of Dana Garth Johnson

JOHNSON DANA G. … Unexpectedly at his residence in Rollingdam, NB; on Sunday, January 12th, 2014; Dana Garth Johnson. Born in Saint John, NB he is the son of June (Trecartin) McCullough of Saint John and the late Arthur Johnson. In earlier years Dana worked in Barrie, Ontario at the Victoria Hospital. Upon retiring due to a disability he returned to his family homestead in Rollingdam that he loved. Surviving in addition to his mother June McCullough of Saint John are his 2 sons Dana Jr. and Andrew , both of Hamilton, Ontario, brothers and sisters, Blaine Johnson of Chipman, NB, Heather Bridger (James) of Nova Scotia, Lance Johnson, Mitzi Johnson, Mark Johnson (Betty) , all of Saint John, NB nieces , nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Arthur and a brother Ted. Resting at Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St Stephen, NB from where the visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 am … 1:00 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday January 17th, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Holy Rosary Church, Union Street, St. Stephen, NB. The interment will immediately follow in the Rollingdam Cemetery. Donations to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family,.
