Obituary of Edward Earl McCombie
McCOMBIE EDWARD E. … At the Charlotte County Hospital on Saturday, August 24th, 2013; Edward Earl McCombie , of St Stephen, NB. Born in St Stephen, he is the son of the late Alfred & Hazel (Brown) McCombie. Edward was a member of the Old Ridge Pentecostal Church.In past years he worked with the former StarKist Tuna Plant and the Bayside Food Terminal, along with many other seasonal jobs. He is survived by his wife Mary, children Kyle & Evan, sisters Margaret Scott, Bernice McCombie, Mabel McCombie all of St Stephen, NB, brother Donald (Dorothy) of St. Stephen and James of Andersonville, NB several nieces, nephews and cousins. Edward was predeceased by 3 brothers Carl, Faye & Clarence. Resting at Old Ridge Pentecostal Church from where the service will be held on Tuesday, August 27th, 2013 at 2:00 pm. The interment will follow in Moore’s Mills Cemetery. A reception will follow in the church hall. The family will receive friends during a time off visitation at the church on Monday from 2 … 4 & 7 … 9 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
