Obituary of J.W. Douglas Riley

RILEY DOUG - at the Charlotte County Hospital on Thursday July 18th, 2013 J.W. Douglas Riley, husband of Diana Ruth (Stewart) Riley of Baillie, NB. Born in Fredericton, NB he is the son of the late Alec & Ada (Hancox) Riley. For many years Doug worked with the Fairmont Hotel in St. Andrews as their Gardener. For many years Doug has been a longtime faithful member of Old Ridge Pentecostal Church. Surviving in addition to his wife Diana are his 2 sons John (Doldena) of Nashwaak Bridge, NB, and Joel (Kimberley) of Heathland, NB, grandchildren Trista Riley, Ethan Riley, Daniel Riley, and Hannah Riley, brothers & sisters David of Sussex, NB, Patricia MacDonald (Kenny) of Harvey Station, NB, Paul (Donna) of Harvey Station, NB, Connie Riley of Alberta, and Charles (Teresa) of Harvey Station, NB. Resting at Old Ridge Pentecostal Church Rte 3, from where the service will be held on Monday, July 22nd, 2013 at 2:00 pm. The interment will follow in Moore’s Mills Cemetery, followed by a reception in the church hall. The family will receive friends at the church during a time of visitation on Saturday from 6 … 8 pm and on Sunday from 2 … 4 and 6 … 8 pm. PLEASE by family request, in lieu of flowers due to extreme allergies, NO flowers. Donations to Missions or to Old Ridge Pentecostal Church would be appreciated by the family.
