Obituary of Roberta Louise Hamilton
HAMILTON ROBERTA L. - Peacefully, at Passamaquoddy Lodge in St. Andrews, NB on Monday December 31st, 2012, with her family by her side; Roberta Louise (Bartlett) Hamilton, wife of the late Lloyd Everett Hamilton of St.Stephen, NB. Born in Old Ridge, NB she is the daughter of the late Bonnard & Alice (Davis) Bartlett. For many years Roberta was a member of Milltown Baptist Church. In earlier years she was employed with Ware Knitters in St. Stephen and Calais Maine. Roberta is survived by her children Judy Hamilton of Frederciton, Gloria Peterson of Readfield, ME,, Patricia Daniels(William) of Augusta, ME, Victor Hamilton (Norma) of St Stephen, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, sisters & brothers, Thelma Purdy of BC, Winnifred Veasman (Hank) of California, Lillian Fahey of Old Ridge, George Bartlett(Bessie) of Old Ridge, Kenneth Bartlett of St Stephen, Arthur Bartlett (Carol) of Ontario, several nieces nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Lloyd, brother Everett Bartlett, sisters Helen Craig and Shirley Smith. Resting at Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St Stephen, NB E3L 2B2 (506 … 466 … 3110) from where the service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, January 2nd at 1:00 pm Canadian time, followed by a reception at Humphreys Funeral Home Community Room & Reception Centre. The interment will take place in the spring in St Stephen Rural Cemetery. The family will recieve friends at the funeral home during a time of visitation on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
