Obituary of Christina M. Mitchell

Christina Mae Mitchell Christina M. Mitchell wife of James R. Mitchell passed away Friday March 4, 2016 at Saint John Regional hospital. Christina was born October 23, 1946, in Eastport, Maine to Alonzo and Violet ( Williams) Tinker of Wilson's Beach, NB. Christina married James on June 19, 1964 and spent her life dedicated to their family on Campobello enjoying time spent with them camping, hunting, and just sharing stories and recollections of times past, these were the special things to her. Christina was very passionate about many things but cooking, gardening and helping others were of the utmost importance to her. Christina is survived by her husband James, their two daughters Kathleen (John) Case, Theresa (Dana) Mitchell, James Allan (Barbie) Mitchell her Grandchildren who brought her great joy Kristy, Jessica (Jeffery), Jamie, Kacie and Amy, her Great Grandchildren Meriner, Madelyn and Greyson , along with one sister Eugenia (Alden) Stevens. Christina was predeceased by her parents Alonzo and Violet, brothers Sherman, Ainsley (Tut), Odell and Seldon Tinker, sisters Oril and Dorothy all of Campobello.
