Unexpectedly in his Oak Bay home on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, Bruce Cameron Taylor passed away at the age of 73. Born in St. Stephen New Brunswick he was the son of the late Charles Edward and Amy Lucille (Nason) Taylor.

Bruce is survived by his wife Linda (Thompson) Taylor, Daughter Pamela Taylor, stepdaughter Stephanie Gaile Willaims, grandchildren Graycie, Ben, siblings Lynne McLaughlin, Nancy Taylor, Nephews David,Christopher, niece Maureen , friends Brian Leavitt, Paul Reeves and several cousins and friends.

Bruce was a power engineer who worked for various companies in both New Brunswick and Alberta.

Cremation has taken place; a graveside service will be held at a later date the Saint John the Baptist Chapel of Ease Anglican Cemetery (Rte. 127 Chamcook NB).
