The Ferguson family were our next-door neighbours and friends (from toddlers to High School Graduates). We shared memories of building forts on our front lawns, snowball fights and hanging around the neighbourhood in Chateauguay. We were just short of being able to bus to school, so many hours were spent walking to and from school (sometimes on top of snowbanks). Remember the old Burgundy Cadillac with electric windows! One summer, I was invited to join the Fergusons for a road trip to Nova Scotia. Mr. & Mrs. Ferguson, Merron, Angus, Ellen, David and me in a station wagon (Oh the 1960’s!). We had a terrific time!! So many memories were made! Angus was a good friend.
I just wanted to offer my sincere condolences to Merron and Ellen, Angus’ two remaining sisters as well as to all of Angus’ family and friends. Angus may you find everlasting peace and joy.
