I am so sad to hear of Fran’s passing. I worked with Fran for many summers at the China Chest , oh the fun we had ! She was the epitome of a wonderful woman. A true friend, a loving mother and wife , a community minded individual and on top of that an excellent cook . Blair and Trudy ,I send my most sincere condolences. She was a special lady. She will be missed.
