HUNTLEY, Evelyne Mila

It is with sadness that the family of Evelyne Mila Huntley announces her unexpected passing at the age of 86, in the comfort of her home, on Sunday, August 9, 2026.

Born in Campobello, Evelyne was the daughter of the late Richard and Christine (Conley) Mitchell. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Tena Ellen Huntley (Amin), Delwyn Maynard Huntley, Donna Lea Huntley, and Shanon Ray Huntley; her grandson, Farhan; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Evelyne was predeceased by her spouse, Delwyn, and her siblings, Annie Jones, Lorna Trott, Marion Breton, Marvin Mitchell, James Mitchell, and Grayson Mitchell.

Evelyne was a devoted mother who always made caring for her family a priority. She found joy in music and in the simple, little things that made life special. Her kindness, love, and devotion to those around her will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
