Obituary of Manuel Legacy

LEGACY  J. MANUEL  - Unexpectedly at the Charlotte County Hospital, on Wednesday July 23^rd, 2025; Joseph Manuel Legacy, husband of Tammy (DeWitt) Legacy of St. Stephen, NB. Born in St. Stephen, NB, he is the son of the late Leslie & Inez(Dempsey) Legacy.

        Manuel worked for a period of time with the St. Stephen Golf Course as well as  McKnights Tree Farm. He absolutely loved to fish, whenever he could. He loved being outdoors.

    Surviving in addition to his wife Tammy are his son Andy of  St. Stephen, 2 daughters Amanda Cook (Derek) of St. Stephen, NB and Krissi Legacy (Jacob Maillet) of Saint John, NB, 6 grandchildren, Kayleen, Gavin, Ashlyn, DJ, Jarron and Arhianna, siblings Edward (Vicky) of St. George, NB, Mary Dempsey, Margaret Hartford, both of St. Stephen, NB, David(Tammy) of Riverview, NB, Susan Chevarie (Colin) of St. George, NB, Cindy Legacy, Barb Daigle, Dennis and Alan, all of St. Stephen, NB, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

     By Manuel’s request cremation will take place. The family will receive friends during a time of visitation at the funeral home on Saturday July 26^th, 2025 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

      The funeral service will be held on Sunday July 27^th, 2025 at 2:30 pm in the chapel of Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, NB E3L 2B2 (506 – 466 – 3110).

      A reception will immediately follow in the funeral home reception centre.
