Obituary of Allen Gordon Phillips

Phillips, Allen Gordon 

Passed peacefully at his home on Thursday May 22, 2025 at the age of 69. Born in St. Stephen New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Gordon and Rita (Dufour) Phillips. Allen married his wife Marlene (Matheson) Phillips in 1978 and they enjoyed 47 years of marriage. 

In addition to his wife Marlene, Allen is survived by his brothers Nelson and Robert, sister-in-law Viriginia Phillips, several nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and nephews including Tyson Boulanger who spent many years with Allen and Marlene, and several great-great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Germain, sister Carole Boulanger, brother-in-law Robert Boulanger, sisters-in-law Caroline and Wanda Phillips as well as nephews Mario Boulanger Marc Phillips and Tom Phillips.

As per Allen’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service at this time.
