As a volunteer for Loyal Tides monthly coffee house, Andy always appreciated Carol Anne's smile, good spirits and organizational talent. No matter how busy she was, she always had time for a chat / for personal contact. We are certainly going to miss her. We were blessed to have known Carole Anne through our days at the market. I will never forget a valuable lesson she taught our daughter as a fellow vendor, after a very busy evening on the waterfront she lead by example and showed her the importance of caring for our environment and the place we call home. Carol Ann and I spent most of our high school years hanging out in the same classes, orchestrating a few failed attempts at skipping class and a few successful ones where we drove to Winnipeg to go to theatre productions. Carol An was always great fun. Although we went separate ways after high school, I always consider her one of the anchors of a core group of friends who I spent my important high school years with. Although gone too soon, used her short time to make a lasting impact in this world.
To Tom, Chloe and family. Todd and I are so sorry for your loss of Carol Anne. She was a beautiful soul taken too soon. We have heard about the beautiful green funeral and burial you facilitated for Carol Anne and for the community to say good bye. I am saddened by the passing of Carol Anne! The last hug I received from her was 10 years ago.
It was warm and hard because I don't know when will we get to see each other again. We survived COVID, and days passing by. I often miss her and the family. It is a great loss to the family and the communities.

Tom and family, I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Carol Anne!! ♥️. I feel so honoured to have met Carol Anne when she and Tom opened Tall Tom’s here in St. Andrews!! Instantly I felt a closeness to her! I am happy I had the chance to see her at a recent musical event at the Huntsman where she gave me the biggest embrace! I also love hearing of her beautiful life and how incredibly talented and giving she was to so many especially the youth!! Rest in Peace my dear friend!!!
