I was lucky enough to be friends with Jen in high school and for some time afterwards. I always remember how much of a wonderful, kind, and funny friend she was. My heart goes out to her family during all of this. I’m so sorry that you have to going through this difficult time. The world has truly lost an amazing individual.
Troy...Please know that you and your boys have been in my thoughts and prayers. Your beautiful Jennifer was an amazing and accomplished woman who so Loved her Family, her pride and her joy.
All of us at United Way Saint John, Kings & Charlotte are deeply saddened to know of the loss of Jennifer. What a beautiful person she was. Jennifer was kind enough to be part of our Songs of City event in 2022, where she shared her amazing story of resilience and triumph at the Imperial Theatre in Saint John. She shared so many beautiful things but one thing that stood out to me from her story was the love she had for her family. She spoke of her husband and 3 sons and said that "Our family is everything to me and my children are my absolute world."
Jennifer had a lot to be proud of and we were very honoured to get to know. I'd like to leave you with just a small part of the song that Brent Mason wrote for Jennifer as part of Songs of the City. She was so amazing. Our sincere condolences to all of her family and friends.

Troy, I can't begin to say how sorry I am for your loss. The boys are old enough to carry treasures memories with them. Her memory can live on with all that she touched.

Our hearts are broken here in Vancouver on the loss of Jennifer. She opened her heart and did something wonderful for us, as the woman who carried our twins, Nate and Talia, and we will be forever grateful. When I think of her, it is always to appreciate what a remarkable woman she was, always moving forward. The most impressive thing about her was what a great Mom she was to three amazing sons, and what a great partner she was to Troy. We love you all and are thinking about you at this difficult time.
